Reverse-engineered, open-source version of DJ Lovense Tip Goal

DJ Lovense Tip Goal is a pretty cool app, but it contains malicious code which, at a minimum, will cause it to cease functioning if you appoint someone as your moderator whom its author doesn't like and has put on a private blacklist. Rumours abound of worse abuses involving this app, but this one is demonstrable and has been documented and reported to CB Support.

This app is the product of reverse engineering DJ Lovense Tip Goal. The images were collected using built-in browser developer tools and in one case has been compressed from the original to meet CB's size requirements for images (max of 1MB).

This app is released open-source to provide reassurance to broadcasters that your safety and privacy matters to some developers and to demonstrate that we can produce cool and functional apps while maintaining respect for you and your viewers.

Differences to DJ Lovense Tip Goal:
* Minor spacing changes to clean up the overall presentation
* Proper support for anonymous tipping
* Validation of goals and reporting of errors

Some transition timings may also be a little different to DJ Lovense Tip Goal but this app should still feel the same if not better.

Minor assumptions have been made about the Santa Girl theme that will be verified at a later date, but the theme still works.
