-fixed fanclub spanks. they no longer count double towards a goal total, but will count towards a total if there is no goal and you're just counting spanks.
-added a rotating menu to the panel in place of 'next spank' since fan club math broke that. :)

-made it so that 10 spanks will be added to the total when somebody tips for "roll spanks", fixed notice and menu language to make it clearer.
-added a toggle to turn fanclub spanks on and off
