Goal app with tags and no count word

Tags can be changed using /changetags tags, where tags are separated by spaces and must include #

Also provides the ability to use No Count word, where tip will not count toward goal if no count word is the first word of tipnote

Can be set up for a simple Tip Goal, an Auto-Reset Goal or to play Goal War with 2 competing goals.

Instructions are on the setup/launch screen.

Voting for the 'War' version can be done via Tip Menu or Tip Note (but not both).
