This app limits your cam to people with tips and your fanclub members. It has the following options:
/start : starts the app and hides your cam from greys
/stop : stops the app
/list : shows the list of users that are currently allowed
/reset : clears the list and only adds the broadcaster. WARNING, if you reset, all your blues and fans will have to refresh!
