Paid Voting: Users must tip and include !vote1 or !vote2 in their tip message.
Free Voting: Users can simply type !vote3 or !vote4 in chat, no tipping required.

New Commands for Setting Option Names:
!setoption1 : Updates the name for Option 1.
!setoption2 : Updates the name for Option 2.
!setoption3 : Updates the name for Option 3 (Free).
!setoption4 : Updates the name for Option 4 (Free).
Example Usage in Chat:
To rename Option 1:
!setoption1 Dance Battle

Result: The name of Option 1 is updated to "Dance Battle," and users will see the updated name in the announcements.

To rename Option 3:
!setoption3 Sing Along

Result: The name of Option 3 is updated to "Sing Along," and users will see the new name reflected in the announcements.

!forceendpoll: Ends the current poll immediately.
!forcestartpoll: Starts a new poll immediately.

New Command for Token Price:
Command: !settokenprice
Updates the token price for paid votes.
Example Usage in Chat:
To set a new token price:
!settokenprice 20

Result: The token price for paid votes is updated to 20 tokens, and all future paid votes will use this new price.

Invalid input:
If the command includes a non-numeric value or a number outside the range (11000), the app will respond with:
"Invalid token price. Please specify a number between 1 and 1000."
