Commands
!start - to start the show.
!stop - to stop the show.
!remove username - to exclude someone.
!invite username - to invite someone.

You have different options when you start the app, which are:

- Minimum viewers needed to start show
- Tokens for a full ticket
- Option to allow cheaper preview tickets
- Tokens for a preview ticket
- Duration of a preview ticket
- Option to allow Fanclub Members to view the show for free
- Option to allow Moderators to view the show for free
- Option to allow Moderators to invite and remove viewers to/from the show
- Option to automatically start the show
- Countdown to start the show
- Message when the cam is hidden
